A modest recovery continued in Cairns Airport numbers for September:

This is a time of year when numbers would become seasonally lower but seasonality is currently mostly meaningless. September domestic was down 63.2% on the previous year. It was down 72.9% in August on the previous year.

Net arrivals though are positive with the green line a 3 months average:

Nothing meaningful to see here possibly until December which brings a high month with domestic movement when hopefully interstate restriction will have been eased.
