RTA rental bond data median rents for the June quarter:

This is median rent for new bonds lodged in the quarter. In the current circumstances changes in number of bonds lodged may be just as relevant. This appears to show an unusual  increase in Cairns for the quarter so should go back and check some numbers or throw a query to RTA.
