Airport data updated

Finally motivated to update the most recent few months of data at the Cairns Airport page. Also updated there is the BITRE top 20 airports data comparison up to June 2016 which tells a story in itself. The growth in international passengers in FY 2016 appears to have continued with Sydney this week reporting 7.6% growth  for August.
